Safety moment

The Safety Moment is one of the management rituals that contributes to heightening safety awareness, both individual and collective, by putting Safety at the center.

At the begining of a meeting or before a high-risk operation, the Safety Moment consists of a short time exchange about a Safety Topic, in order to remind key-messages, identify the perceptions of the attendees, and align all the members on common Safety commitments.
